Connecting the Dartmouth Energy & Society Research Community
The Irving Institute invites Dartmouth faculty and researchers working on issues that advance our mission--to accelerate an affordable, reliable, and equitable clean energy transition for the benefit of society--to join our Faculty & Research Affiliates Program. Our research pillars include:
- Accelerating clean tech deployment, including overcoming policy or financial barriers to growth.
- Harnessing the power of data, AI, and machine learning to increase efficiencies and enable market formation.
- Centering health and equity in the clean energy transition.
The Faculty & Research Affiliate Program:
• Enhances faculty networking and research across campus,
• Encourages interdisciplinary collaborations,
• Supports competitive research applications through a seed grant program, and
• Amplifies the work of our affiliates through digital media, research symposia, conferences, and more.
As an affiliate, you will receive a monthly newsletter that includes funding opportunities and news about your fellow affiliates and inviations to on- and off-campus events to network or showcase your work. We also invite you to work with our communications team for help elevating your stories of success. Benefits are outlined here.
