Irving Institute Awards Mini-Grant Funding to 11 Students

The Arthur L. Irving Institute for Energy and Society is pleased to announce its summer 2020 mini-grant recipients. The projects represent a broad array of interests and angles on energy and society topics, from the creation of a video series that explains how green chemistry can be a route to more environmentally conscious and efficient energy solutions to a project to research and develop an energy plan for communities heavily affected by the 2017 wildfire in northern California and more.

The Irving Institute Mini-Grant program offers awards of up to $1,000 each term to undergraduate and graduate students who are advancing the Institute's mission of transforming humankind's understanding of energy issues, and driving the creation of ideas, technologies, and policies that improve the availability and efficient use of energy for all people.
