Abby Rodgers joined ExxonMobil in 2012 as Corporate Brand Manager, responsible for leading the global brand strategy, advertising and media for the ExxonMobil brand, as well as the coordination of the company-wide marketing network including the Chemical, Fuels and Lubes businesses. In 2017, Abby moved into the technology organizations for both upstream and downstream businesses to lead communication and public affairs activities.
Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Abby was an executive with The Coca-Cola Company for 20 years. Abby held a number of positions at The Coca-Cola Company including Vice President for Sustainability Strategy and Communication, and head of Global Marketing for the Minute Maid Juice Division.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Abby was a History Teacher for 10 years; at The University of North Carolina, Tabor Academy and St. Paul's School.
Abby holds an AB from Connecticut College, an MA from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from Rice University. Abby and her husband Andy live in Houston, and are the parents of 17 year old twins, Andrew and Alexandra.
