Energy Project Finance Mini-Bootcamp

Interested in renewable energy sources like solar and wind energy? Have you ever wondered how utility-scale renewable energy projects actually come into being? On February 16, 2020, students learned about the money trail that makes energy projects happen, including: who develops projects, why financing is needed, the products and structures of energy finance deals, and the illustration of all of these in real-world case studies and simulations.
This mini-bootcamp was designed for anybody interested in renewable energy, finance, banking, or infrastructure developmen and was open to all Dartmouth undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of level of experience in energy project finance. The mini-bootcamp was led by Jordan Swett '19.
