Andrila Hait Chakrabarti

Research Program Coordinator

Andrila Hait Chakrabarti serves as the Research Program Coordinator at the Irving Institute for Energy and Society. In this role, she advances the Institute's mission at the intersection of energy and society. Her work focuses on facilitating interdisciplinary and international collaboration. This includes developing and strengthening research engagement across Dartmouth faculty and departments. A key example of her work is the orchestration of the Irving Institute's popular Faculty Seminar Series.

Andrila has also been instrumental in organizing transnational academic partnerships, including Dartmouth's collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science.

Prior to joining the Institute in 2022, Andrila served as a program administrator for the National Science Foundation–supported Industry–University Cooperative Research Centers Program (NSF/IUCRC), a research consortium partnership between Dartmouth College and the University of California, San Diego. She earned her bachelor's degree from Manipal University in India, and her master's degree in marketing management from the University of Hertfordshire and Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.
