Abby Rodgers is a marketing and communication advisor, with over 30 years of experience managing brands and corporate reputation at The Coca-Cola Company and ExxonMobil. Abby's expertise lies in guiding businesses as they address macro trends and issues, like climate change and sustainability.
Abby's work at ExxonMobil as the Corporate Brand Manager and Technology Communication Manager focused on the corporate strategy and the technology portfolio for the energy transition. At ExxonMobil, Abby led the corporate marketing team and worked closely with the global marketers in fuels, lubricants, and chemicals.
At The Coca-Cola Company, Abby spent twenty years as the marketer of juice beverages, health and wellness programs and sustainability. As Vice President for Sustainability, Abby focused on issues and programs related to public health, plastic waste, and the company's water and energy footprint.
Prior to joining corporate America, Abby spent a decade as a history teacher and crew coach at The University of North Carolina, Tabor Academy and St. Paul's School. She has an AB from Connecticut College, an MA from Dartmouth College ('90), and an MBA from Rice University.
Abby is married to Andy Pickens, Dartmouth '84. Abby and Andy have twins, Andrew and Alexandra (Dartmouth'23). Abby and Andy live between Houston, Texas and Nosara, Costa Rica.
