Robin Nunn is a partner in the Litigation, Arbitration, And Investigations Practice of Linklaters LLP, a leading global law firm. She brings to private practice her prior experience working in-house for two Fortune 500 companies. Robin represents clients in arbitration, litigation, mediation and regulatory defense with a focus on compliance and enforcement. In addition to her trial practice in state and federal court, Robin also develops integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, helping clients with ESG reporting, risk, compliance concerns and corporate diversity best practices. Robin regularly advises on novel issues related to new communication technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, payments, artificial intelligence, privacy, cybersecurity and big data. During law school, Robin interned at the NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund (LDF). In that capacity, she assisted LDF's litigation and advocacy in the areas of voting rights, criminal defense, and environmental justice. Robin has been honored for her efforts to promote diversity in the profession and protect the rights of children, achieve racial justice, combat discriminatory policies, and eradicate systemic racism. Robin is a member of the Class of 1999 at Dartmouth College and a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School.
