Among its energy and sustainability highlights, the Irving Institute is certified LEED Platinum and was named 2024 Building of the Year by the New Hampshire Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The facility was also recently named one of the 2025 COTE® Top Ten from The American Institute of Architects, celebrating excellence in sustainable design.
Along with exploring our high-impact programs and innovative space, you’ll see the homes of our partner programs, the Dartmouth Sustainability Office; the Revers Center for Energy, Sustainability, and Innovation; the Dartmouth Climate Modeling and Impacts Group; and several Thayer School of Engineering faculty and researcher offices and labs.
